At Mabraneheim, we care about your privacy.
This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can exercise your rights under the GDPR.
The app may collect the following types of personal data:
- Account information: email address, name, or other identifiers you provide during registration/login (via Firebase).
- Health data: steps, activities, and workout information from Apple Health, Google Fit, or Garmin – only if you grant permission.
- Images: photos you choose to upload.
- Technical information: app version, device type, crash and performance data (for troubleshooting).
- Team participation and points: information created when you use the app’s features.
We use the information to:
- calculate and display points in the app,
- enable team and competition features,
- improve the app’s functionality and stability,
- communicate with you (e.g., notifications or support).
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Third-Party Providers
To run the app, we use trusted third-party providers:
- Firebase (Google LLC) – authentication, push notifications, data storage
- Cloudflare – image storage and delivery
- Railway – backend hosting
- MongoDB – database
These providers only process data on our behalf and under agreement.
4. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to:
- access your personal data,
- correct inaccurate data,
- withdraw consent (e.g., disconnect Apple Health),
- request deletion of your account and data,
- file a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
5. Account Deletion
You can delete your account directly in the app’s settings.
When you do so, your personal data and health data will be removed from our systems within a reasonable time.
6. Security
We take technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
All communication is encrypted (HTTPS) and data is stored only on secure servers.
